Requirements:
- Lvl: 74
- Single and Party Quest
Description:
Start the quest in Forge of the Gods(lower level) at the NPC "Blacksmith Vulcan". you will find that on the noblesse teleport spot (fog lower level) ind the connecting corridor near the lavasilisk room. This quest is repeatable and the target is to collect "Torches" from mobs in FOG.
there are two ways how to get a recipe.
a) random - 1000 items
for that simply go back to the NPC where you started the quest and give him the items.
b) select one - 1200 items
when you have 1200 items go and search for the NPC "Rooney" he is teleporting through the FOG. he have 22 spots where he can appear, he can nearly be everywhere. good luck at search.

Upper level:
- first room with mobs when you come in on the right side
- ...
Lower level:
- all 3 chambers from the main room where noblesse teleport is
- small room behind the "Vulcan NPC"
